Here are 20 of the best bargains in Football Manager 2023 you can sign for under £10M.

Using one of the better scouts Football Manager 2023 has to offer and my own scouting 'ability' I have put together 20 quality players that you can sign for under £10m.

The players are listed in order of scout recommendation, and I have looked at the key attributes for each position to ensure quality for your money. All of the players are 30 years old or younger.


To use the Premier League and Championship as a barometer for player ability, these players range from Champions League quality/potential to mid - top Championship club level as you go down the list. If you're in one of Europe's other leagues and you have a reasonabley small budget these players are for you as well.


The players expected wages that are in the list may differ depending on the club you are managing. If you give some financial incentive in bonuses then that will bring the weekly wage down.


Some of the players are transfer listed, some of the players have release clauses and, in a few cases, you can actually bid BELOW the contracted asking price. Madness, right?
